These Terms govern your use of shopnix.ink and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by Shopnix. By browsing or ordering from the site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or be using the site under the supervision of a parent or guardian, and be capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products, Descriptions and Pricing

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours, brightness and projection effects may look different in person depending on your screen, your room and ambient light.
• Product images are for illustration. Accessories shown in lifestyle images are not included unless listed on the product page.
• We may change prices, offers and product availability at any time without notice.
• If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price due to a technical or human error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after the order is confirmed.

3. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. The contract is formed only when we dispatch the product. We may decline or cancel an order for reasons including unavailability of stock, a pricing error, an unserviceable delivery address, an unreachable phone number, or suspected fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Payment

We accept prepaid payment through our payment gateway partners (UPI, cards, netbanking and wallets) and, on eligible orders and pincodes, Cash on Delivery. Cash on Delivery may be restricted by order value or location, and may be withdrawn for customers with a history of refused deliveries. All payment processing is handled by the gateway; we do not store your card or banking credentials.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• We dispatch within 24 business hours of order confirmation. Delivery typically takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.
• Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Courier delays, weather, strikes, local restrictions and other events outside our control may extend them.
• You are responsible for giving a complete and correct delivery address and a reachable phone number. Orders returned to us because the address was wrong or the courier could not reach you may be refunded net of shipping costs actually incurred.
• Risk in the product passes to you on delivery.

6. Returns, Cancellations and Refunds

Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

7. Safe Use of Our Products

Our lighting products are intended for indoor, decorative and domestic use only. Please:

• Use only a compliant power supply of the rating stated on the product or its manual;
• Keep the product away from water and do not immerse it;
• Do not dismantle, modify or attempt to repair the unit;
• Supervise children when the product is used in a child's room, and keep small parts and batteries out of reach of children and pets.

We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from use that does not follow these instructions or the manual supplied with the product.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, product copy, images, video, graphics, logos and page design — belongs to Shopnix or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, republish or use it commercially without our prior written permission.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the site to break any law, to infringe anyone's rights, to submit false or misleading information, to upload malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, to interfere with the security of the site, or to place orders you do not intend to accept.

10. Third-Party Links

The site may link to third-party sites and services. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are between you and them.

11. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and except where a longer liability is imposed by Indian consumer protection law, our total liability to you in connection with any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded by agreement.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Shopnix against any claim, loss or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the site or the products.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to your rights under consumer protection law to approach the appropriate consumer forum, the courts at Seraikela-Kharsawan, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these Terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
